As a part of this academic project, we partnered with Naimita Jagasia, founder of An Ode To Gaia,

to reformat the branding for her vegan bakery. As a converted vegan passionate about normalizing

plant-based eating, Naimita tasked us with modernizing the visual identity and messaging for Ode To Gaia.

Our goal was to disrupt the misconception that vegan food cannot be flavorful or indulgent.

Through strategic rebranding highlighting the artisanal quality and inclusivity central to Naimita's vision,

we aimed to shift mainstream perceptions of veganism from a mere trend to a health-conscious lifestyle compatible with traditional culinary enjoyment.
